The Shop

We carry an extensive range of branded grocery items, daily newspapers and magazines. There is an extensive range of fresh and frozen foods including Quorn, ethnic take away meals, convenience foods and delicious English Lakes Ice Cream.

In conjunction with Growing with Grace you can order organic fruit and vegetables in a range of pack sizes that are delivered to the shop. We also stock a good range of non-organic fruit and vegetables (delivered fresh twice a week). If you want something different then please ask and we will endeavour to get it for you.

The well-stocked chillers have a good selection of beers and wines plus a range of well known brands of spirits to choose from.

Sample real Horton-In-Ribblesdale cheese made in the village. We stock it in the following varieties: Sheep, Goat & Buffalo.

Having a barbecue? Try our excellent sausages and burgers from Slacks of Cumbria.

We also stock a range of giftware including a selection from the Wensleydale Pottery in Hawes.

For special occasions we carry a brilliant selection of top quality greetings cards plus others showing scenes of the area that are sourced locally and all at very reasonable prices.

There is a dry -cleaning and repair service available twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
